Monthly Membership Rules

All red light therapy memberships require a 2-month commitment.

Memberships are billed monthly at the selected membership rate.

All memberships include up to 1 red light therapy session per day.

Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over.

Unused sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited toward a future month.

After the initial 2-month commitment, memberships continue month-to-month at the same monthly rate until canceled.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

Package Details

Pet red light therapy sessions are sold as individual sessions or prepaid packages.

Packages expire 60 days from the date of purchase.

No refunds are given after the first session is completed.

Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used for the pet they were purchased for.

Pet insurance is not accepted for red light therapy services.

Results vary and are not guaranteed.

We recommend speaking with your veterinarian before starting red light therapy for your pet, especially if your pet has a medical condition, recent surgery, cancer/tumors, an open wound, pregnancy, seizures, is taking medication, or has unexplained pain or symptoms.

Red light therapy is a supportive wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace veterinary care.
