1. Scope of Services

Bel0 Cryo provides non-invasive body contouring and aesthetic wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Cryotherapy Body Sculpting

  • CO₂ Slimming Treatments (Kassen Device)

  • Fat & Inch Reduction Sessions

  • Cellulite Reduction

  • Targeted Body Contouring (stomach, arms, back, legs, etc.)

  • Before & After Measurements

  • Wellness & Aesthetic Consultations

All services are for aesthetic and wellness purposes only and are not medical treatments.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information related to health, treatment contraindications, and goals

  • Follow all pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions provided

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

  • Notify us of any health changes or concerns prior to treatment

  • Review and sign all required waivers and consent forms

Bel0 Cryo is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or adverse outcomes caused by inaccurate information or failure to follow instructions.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in writing

  • Final payment is due immediately after each session or package use

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as outlined in our cancellation policy

4. Results & Guarantees

Cryotherapy and body-contouring results vary based on individual body composition, lifestyle, and adherence to recommendations.

  • No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed

  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results

  • Before/after photos and measurements may be used to track progress with client consent

5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

To maintain availability and ensure fair scheduling:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit

  • No-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit prepaid sessions

  • Excessive no-shows may result in refusal of future service

6. Intellectual Property

All branded materials, photos, videos, designs, and documentation created by Bel0 Cryo remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information—including client intake details, progress notes, and communication—confidential unless disclosure is required by law or written permission is provided.

8. Compliance & Legal

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically eligible for non-invasive body contouring treatments.

Bel0 Cryo:

  • Does not provide medical services

  • Does not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions

  • May refuse service if a treatment appears unsafe or contraindicated

Clients must follow all safety guidelines, and Bel0 Cryo is not responsible for issues arising from failure to disclose health conditions.

9. Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is.” Bel0 Cryo is not responsible for:

  • Results that vary due to individual factors

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Lack of client adherence to aftercare instructions

  • Reactions or outcomes caused by undisclosed health information

  • Any perceived or subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic results

Bel0 Cryo does not claim to provide medical benefits or weight-loss guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bel0 Cryo will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for services rendered within the 30 days preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New Jersey.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
